Counseling vs Coaching, What’s the difference?
If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, having relationship issues, dealing with unresolved childhood issues, or grief. If what you are experiencing is effecting you emotionally or is impairing your ability to function well. Until these problems are resolved it will be difficult for significant changes to occur in your life. Counseling can help you to start feeling stronger and more confident, so that you can start taking action to change your circumstances.
If you are high-functioning and action oriented and just ready to LEVEL UP. But, you are struggling to define your life goals, and need help formulating a plan to best utilize the skills that you have. If you are looking for guidance and need someone that will hold you accountable, provide structure, encouragement and support, then you are looking for a Coach.
