About Me

a little about me…

I have a natural gift of building relationships and a passion for ensuring the overall wellness of my community. Therefore, I decided to combine my gift and my passion with my education and experience and took a Leap of Faith to start this practice.

I believe there is no shame in asking for help as we all need help at some time or another in our lives. I feel you hold the key to the happiness that you seek, and I am only here to help you find it from deep within. I will meet you where you are and help you to break through that wall that is holding you back from your full potential.

I guarantee to be my true authentic self and I hope to create a safe space for you to do the same.

I am a Wellness and Relationship Counselor and a Maryland Approved Clinical Supervisor. And, in my years of practice, I have found success with using an integrated approach with a firm Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) base to help you think outside the box. Why? Because everything doesn’t work for everybody.

I have worked with a variety of populations and have spent the majority of my career working with couples dealing with communication issues and conflict as well as bariatric clients that struggle with a poor relationship with food, body image and eating disorders. Whether relationship issues or weight management issues many experience underlining symptoms such as anxiety and depression. I can help you to gain the necessary coping skills to live well.

If you are tired of struggling and ready to make a change take a leap of faith and give me a call today.
